Tracking Your Order

All Mexup orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Tracking updates may pause for 2–5 days once your package enters the destination country. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost.
